ETSU offers a wide range of resources designed to help students navigate those challenges and stay on track. If you’re not sure which office can help, this guide is a good place to start.

Jordan Center

Help navigating college; managing academic and personal/family concerns; knowledgeable referrals to ETSU resources and offices when help needed is unclear

University Counseling Center

Mental health support; specialized services for trauma, grief, loss, and substance use disorders; confidential Title IX reporting

Dean of Students

Help with financial emergencies, housing insecurity, and homelessness; transportation issues; student conduct matters; changes in academic or social behavior

Academic Advisors

Guidance regarding programs of study, course selection, degree plans, and enrollment changes (dropping courses, withdrawing, stopping out)

Disability Services

Accommodations and services providing access in educational pursuits and campus activities for otherwise qualified students with documented disabilities

Military and Veteran Services

Comprehensive support for active military, veterans, and military-affiliated students, plus access to the Military Student Resource Center (MARC)

Registrar

Bursar

Support with tuition and fee payments, billing, payment plans, refunds, tax forms, and account balances
