Get into the holiday spirit with a special evening of bluegrass, heartfelt harmonies and beloved Christmas classics when “Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder Christmas” comes to the ETSU Martin Center for the Arts on Sunday, Dec. 13, at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets will go on sale to the public Friday, Aug. 21, at 10 a.m., and start out at $54.53. A 15-time Grammy Award winner and member of the Country Music Hall of Fame, Ricky Skaggs brings his acclaimed band, Kentucky Thunder, to the stage for a joyful celebration of the Christmas season. Known for their extraordinary musicianship and tight vocal harmonies, Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder put their own refreshing acoustic and bluegrass touch on holiday favorites, creating a warm and memorable experience for audiences of all ages.

About the Martin Center for the Arts

The 93,000 square foot ETSU Martin Center for the Arts, located at 1320 W. State of Franklin Road, Johnson City, features three venues, as well as three rehearsal/meeting rooms. Construction on the center began in early 2018 and was completed in fall 2020. The ETSU Foundation Grand Hall can seat nearly 1,200.
